This company drilled in the face of the profile for no apparent reason leaving an unsightly hole. Every fixing into the wall saw the fitters damage with a drill the profile 10 times. The profiles were too short and are not straight. The box section was not secured to the lintel and the seal was too short and wrong colour. The wires were left hanging loose out of the box. They left rubbish behind and demand £150 to fix. Disgusting.

The parent company is a larger company that has plenty of experience in this industry so who am I to disagree, much like the eurythmics. This company now has many stores that offer the same goods in the south so one outlet wouldn't be too far away. The way it works is that you call them up, they come round and give you the quote with they stress the ACTUAL amount you will pay, then you decide if you want them to do it. Simples! The website is very interesting as there is much information on there about the company and also information on how to keep your upholstery looking good so that you don't have to get them round as quick.

To say we are disappointed is an understatement.  Contrary to all the great reviews,  we had a…read moreterrible experience start to finish.  In the beginning,  two payments were taken instead of one but after  emailing, we were refunded. The wait was much longer than we were told but still we were patient.  When the shutters were fitted,  we noticed that the church window's top slat would not open and was permanently closed. We called and the fitter returned,  confirming it was faulty and that new shutters would be ordered. Weeks later, we were told that there was no fault and that we would have to put up with the shutters the way they were despite them reducing light coming in and the fact that it was permanently closed which did not look nice at all. I persisted and for the second time they agreed there was a fault.  A couple if days later, we were again told there was nothing that could be done. Rude and condescending people. Definitely would not recommend,  all is good until something goes wrong. Awful company, terrible customer service.

Although I live in London, they came up for an initial visit to measure our windows and provide a quote. We then were able to choose from a range of styles & colours, which they politely got us to change based on their assessment of our decor, the window and the setting. I must say their recommendations were spot on. The shutters were ready in 4 weeks, and fitted the following week. The products are good quality, being made from American Yellow Poplar and Elm rather than MDF.
