First time here at this massage place. The lady who gave the massage did the massage... and during it done some things I didn't want or ask for kind of inappropriate. After the massage I went to cash out.... They had me extra services on there o didn't ask for (back deep tissue etc) and tried to get me to leave $100 tip. I tried explaining to her that's not what I signed up for on the websites. I wanted the package that I got and she then claimed she didn't speak English...her English is broken. She didn't understand.. (And today i am worse off than I was with bruises on my back and legs from the massage.) So I was charged $158 just to get the hell out of there and I just wanna make sure that anybody else that goes here does not get overcharged or services they didn't ask for and if you're in for a happy ending, good for you....I was not.

My husband has been seeing them since March, until today when they decided to throw in an additional charge they claimed we owed from his first visit. They could not explain why it cost more other than blaming it on a high deductible. But wait, here is the problem... it wasnt about the deductible or what would be covered, it was about how much they quoted outside of insurance involvement. When he tried to get a better explanation, the office clerks became hateful while the doctor hid in a room down the hall (literally). They were unable to properly explain their reasoning for demanding more money and told my husband to go home and read his insurance policy, continuing to act like it was a policy issue instead of a bait and switch on services and fees. My husband left, went home, and did call the insurance company (of course it wasn't the insurance company that did anything wrong but they were able to provide us with what we needed to know). While he was on the phone, 3 police officers showed up at our door advising him that the doctors office called them because he had left mad and they didnt know what he would do. Lol He didnt make any threats... or even say anything that could be taken as one. He did not even scream at anyone. The cops seemed to get a chuckle out of the entire thing. (All of the reviews were verified 5 stars, which was kinda fishy in my opinion.) I found this local salon through Strands For Trans. I was scheduled with Stephanie Brown for my haircut. I got a mohawk that I had intended to slick back with product. The mohawk was supposed to go down the back of my head, but veered off to the right and care wasn't taken to properly shave off hair next to the mohawk. I have to wear my hair messy to cover up the uneven shave. Maybe the back looks like that on purpose? I don't see the vision. And, it's too short to do much for the back. I don't think I'm coming back... 1 star for the botched look. (I think I just have horrible luck because even normal haircuts never look good.)
