She failed to actually read the emails I sent her, and as a result my paperwork was delayed, causing me a hardship. After a frustrating conversation, where she directly contradicted what Mr Bartlett had previously told me, and then a lot of back tracking, I was no longer comfortable with the representation. I attempted to contact Mr. Bartlett, but I strongly feel my attempts have been blocked. Hopefully they process the refund on the remaining balance of my retainer soon.
