Then they ended up charging me an exorbitant amount when 1 electrician knowing how to be careful and knowing how to reinstall ceiling lights should have accomplished this in much less time. Instead, they apparently sent the invoice to my condo association, although they seem to have gotten the name of the association wrong and the invoice was not received. A couple of months later, the Association did receive an invoice, with lots of late charges. The Association Manager called them, explained the situation and asked that they remove the late charges and bill me directly. Instead, they later sent another invoice to the association, with more late charges. The labor charge also was highly inflated. I wrote, they never got back to me, did remove late charges and sent, AGAIN INCORRECTLY, another invoice to my association, NOT TO ME. Marked, in Red, OVERDUE. Inflated labor charge remains, no response to my inquiry about how it was computed.
