They had packages available and the receptionist told me if I purchased one it can be split between myself and my daughter! I go there for the appointment and payment and another totally different receptionist said it cannot be done! I asked why they never gave me a straight answer! So I went ahead and purchased a package for my daughter! And paid for my initial order! My daughter appointment was tomorrow and she will not be able to make it! I called and spoke with dr grace to see if I my mother in law can come in her place! She said no but I can! I told her that I would rather have my mother in law receive treatment and she said the packages cannot be transferred only used by the person who purchased it! I said ok then I can come she put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back to the call and said no you can't it can only be used by the one who purchased it! Well doctor you said I could but now you are saying I cannot! The. I am the one who paid for it and if that's policy it should be in writing!! Then I asked if they have gift cards she said yes! So I can purchase a gift card and give to whoever and they can receive treatment! But I can't purchase a package and possibly become a reoccurring customer and transfer to whoever! She is the owner and the doctor and claimed she can not do so! My theory is she chose not to! Just to create another situation for me to pay more money for service that I may or may not have time to used! She was pretty rude and disrespectful over the phone instead of arguing I told her cancel the appointment and keep the rest of the money. I will never do business with them again.!

Dr Jolson has me pain free with a much better quality of life. My first visit was an evaluation and adjustment but he also gave me a handful of different exercises to do on my own at home. He looks at the body as a whole and the mechanics of movement to address the root of the issue rather than just the symptom. All the providers and staff are wonderful.
