If he worked for me, I would fire him immediately. There are LOTS of people wanting to be a GOOD budtender, and they are waiting to fill his former position. Go to Maryland for your purchases - they have better stores with educated staff and you pay half as much. And you won't get an attitude of superiority without substance.
