With our phone call we just had while I was attempting to call the owner back, she assured me she had not learned her lesson and still wanted to be rude & difficult. She had a second chance to be kind, instead she still continued to be disrespectful. Knowing I was the person to complain, she had no problem being the same unkind person she was earlier. Does the accountability taste bad or are you just mad somebody finally didn't tolerate your nasty behavior? I've been coming here since they opened, quite frequently. I will not support a business that allows someone to work their who is so disrespectful and nasty. I can buy wraps & glass etc anywhere. I only kept coming back because of the interactions I had with the staff. This was the complete opposite of the "norm" here and it will not go unnoticed. Camera footage doesn't lie. If you would like to experience an unpleasant shopping trip while trying to do something so simple such as pickup wraps... I'd recommend coming here. If you appreciate being treated kindly, I'd recommend avoiding this location.
