I buy from this place FOR AT LEAST A DECADE! Was gonna buy 6 cigars but had to use the bathroom. For years, the bathroom was accessible to use. All of a sudden one of the fat pudgy workers with a mustache who didn't even ask if I intended to patronize the shop, was asked if I could use the bathroom. He mumbled to use the bathroom next door at Subway. Turns out, Subway conveniently had a bathroom out of order sign on the door. When confronted and reminded that I frequent buying cigars in his place of business, he didn't care, looked at another customer and ranted to the other customer that a guy messed up their bathroom one day so they closed it down. I asked Mr. Pudgy, "Why are you looking at he other customer while talking, I'M talking to you!" I told him "So you're willing to lose a customer and others I've recommended to you (which is about 25 to 30 guys), and still not allow me to use your bathroom? He said yes. What a donkey! I'll never set foot in this place because of him. I impress upon all that read this post, The negative stereotypes acted on at this place is real. It seems as though if you're not of the workers culture, you're treated mediocre and or negatively. Don't buy from this place! Let's not forget this. I don't smoke but the man was looking for a particular cigar (pictured) and asked me to see if they had it. Guys at the front counter are on top of customer service and willing to help. They deeply send you into the cigar area to freely browse but are accessible should you require assistance. When it proved a challenge finding that particular one, the guy closest to the door went online to Google and find similar product. I took us some time but they made some good recommendations, held my hand and we got it done. There selection is vast so even if you didn't find what you're looking for, high or low end, even boutique cigar you won't leave empty handed. The name says it all. An impressive tobacco shop with a small convenience store located inside. The walk-in humidor is quite large and they have a massive selection of cigars. Dominican, Nicaraguan, Honduran, and American make up for an impressive variety of cigars. They also have a nice selection of cigarettes and cigarillos as well as electronic cigarette paraphernalia. They also sell various types and bowls, pipes and hookahs. The shopkeeper is very helpful and friendly. The store itself is well lit and very clean and the hours are very convenient. Thoroughly check your cigars before you leave. I noticed that some were dry but thought it was just a section. When I got outside where the lighting was better I noticed the cracks.the cigar split and peeled the more I smoked it. $20 down the drain (bought 2). They have a great selection.
