The employees were friendly and helpful and didn't follow you around while shopping. The prices were reasonable though in the higher end, but it was worth my money as I knew I was getting good sticks. There is a great lounge area with leather chairs and another bar-like area where you can enjoy your smokes. There's even an outdoor seating area. The shop owners are very friendly and take the time to listen to what you are looking in order to match you up with a product that best fits your needs. They are not pushy in sales and let you make your own decisions. They simply offer suggestions and educate you on the differences between each product they offer. They have a very large verity of vapes and a wide selection of glass. When I have had issues with a product,(battery stoped working) they offered a special deal on a new replacement.
