If you are a cigar smoker you must check this place out as their selection was vast. There were several hang out rooms inside, one closed in room specifically for smoking cigars. We were led to the outdoor patio which was huge with tons of tables, a fire pit and a TV. I felt like I was hanging out in a friend's backyard. I could have stayed here for hours, but my friends and I had to drive back to Jacksonville. I would love to go back on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and hang out on the patio again. I also asked about deals and promotions advertised throughout the store, and he seemed unfamiliar with them and made little effort to assist or clarify. I don't expect employees to know everything, but basic courtesy and a willingness to help should be expected in a customer-facing position. Overall, his attitude and lack of customer service made an otherwise enjoyable visit unnecessarily unpleasant.
