I contacted Super Vape Australia by return email to the confirmation of order email I received so at this point I'm still thinking it's legit, they confirmed that I needed to pay the shipping insurance and that I had been sent multiple emails requesting me to do so, this was not true, I'd received nothing but as the request came from him, I finally paid the "shipping insurance" and no correspondence since. Extremely pissed off to say the least. I asked if I could pick my order up as they are only in Brisbane otherwise I wanted a refund immediately. Kept receiving aggressive emails from the "delivery company " and the company name they used is "trusted choice co, again I looked into it and company seemed legit. They too kept asking for the $200 shipping insurance fee and once I told them I paid it to Super Vapes the reply email I got was very pushy and clearly pissed of that I didn't pay it to then, I said Super Vapes are your clients who organised the shipping and to contact them about the funds as they now have them.
