Walked into a dark place but saw a decent selection of artist quality glass that was very expensive however they have very affordable pieces as well. For $200 got a pretty nice water pipe with two percs which I've found to be overpriced in every other smoke shop so this place still gets my respect I just wish there were more of a selection. Bought a Puffit on yesterday... Call today asked the person I spoke to for a exchange (a lady) I explain the product was not keeping a charge and she said no problem. So I guess by the time I got there the policy had changed. The manager refused to come out and speak to me after I was told to come in. The lady that I spoke to on the phone explain when I came back that I had to register for the product warranty. Sheesh I hadn't purchased this 24 hours ago. I could understand if this was the last one in the store but it wasn't. Did I mention this was a $200 purchase . I own a business and I would think as a courtesy a little more customer service would be involved here... Be careful when you spend money at this store. I probably won't be back myself. Horrible customer service! Brought back a brand new item I had purchased because I found it somewhere else for a better price and because it was passed 7 days, it was 9 days after purchase, they would not take back the item or even issue store credit. Will never visit this shop again! They definitely lost a customer. In reply to the bellow: hookah was not used, false information! I've been going here for a bit over a year now, and about 6 months or a bit longer I was offered to join their rewards program. I gladly joined as I'm a regular Customer for my cigarettes. A bit more than a month ago I encountered a RUDE salesperson (Red Hair in "Man Bun") and told me I can't use the points for cigarettes and wouldn't even take my info for my purchase. I went back a week later and made my weekly purchase, and by a different salesperson I was asked for my phone number. I gave it and that was the end of the transaction(s). The following week I returned and I had another salesperson who couldn't for some reason locate my account. The red haired guy was there and when the other SP was trying to find my account the once again rude guy said "he can't use for tobacco and I've already told him once". I turned around told him to be quiet as he's rude and this was second time... with him and his attitude and asked when the manager would be in. I haven't had time to call... but I hope the manager sees and replies back to me ASAP. I do not use vape products and this "rewards program" is becoming a sham! One cashier takes the points after using it for months.... now all of a sudden I'm being told otherwise?! I don't think so! I enjoy the store as they keep my brand in stock at good prices, but if this doesn't get resolved I WILL go elsewhere. Until then this review stands. If you like shitty Chinese glass this is the place for you. The staff was extremely unknowledgeable about pretty much everything regarding glass work pipes. ALL CHINESE SHIT GLASS. The prices are crazy for straight garbage. The reason I am dissatisfied with crappo world is for the fact that I spent $100 on garbage glass. When I get home I noticed the novice that sold me the pipe didn't even fully wrap the ash catcher properly which was broken. I call them to rectify the situation and they basically told me to fuck off all sales are final. Don't even bother with this place you can get better deals online for the shitty quality and high prices they charge here. Definitely not your boutique glass store. I used to come here for anything I needed for vaping. There are 2 reasons I don't anymore: 1) They only ever have one brand of RDA (which isn't a problem if you don't use them) 2) The last time I was there I was going to buy my usual $25 bottle of Drakes Vapes e-juice. I was rung up by a worker I don't usually see and he told me it was $30. After telling him I shop there all the time he still insisted it was $30. Only after showing him the STORES sign saying it was $25, he changed his mind. The only explanation he gave me to why he tried to overcharge me was "Justin (the person I usually do business with) isn't here so it's $30". This is a decent place to go if you vape, but if you're a more advanced vaper, there are better places to go. read more

I tried to return vape pods that were clearly spoiled and unusable. I was told if I didn't have a receipt I can't return them. Never received a receipt when purchasing with cash. Clerk clearly recognized me from just a few hours earlier. I'm even registered in their rewards program.
