I was pretty nervous bringing the Tesla Model 3 in. A family member used it and had a little run in with a cement pillar in a parking garage that wasn't pretty. She was only going a few miles an hour and it was still over 7k damage. At Today's Collision they can do the estimate and order the parts immediately. I brought the car in a week later. Very easy to work with. They sent an estimate with all parts. I periodically got updates from Tesla about the status of my parts shipping. I met Bobby who is great, and personable. I mostly worked with Matt, and really everyone really is an expert and great to work with. I feel odd saying this because everyone said this in the reviews when I read them before I used them. But it really is true. During Covid, they are careful to have the hand sanitizer everywhere, to have signs, and there was only 1 guy during each of my visits that I saw without a mask on. The place is pretty impressive. They know what they are doing. After they had my car for a week, I emailed them for an update. Matt emailed back about what had been done, what is left to do and a few pictures of my car without doors on it. Not what I expected. They overdelivered every step of the way which was great. I just got my car back today and trust me, This is the best auto body shop ever. I scrapped my Mercedes G63 roof in prudential center because the low height clearance, and I was anxious on where to go. After asking around, multiple people including managers from Mercedes Benz of Boston recommended me to come here. When first inspecting my car, Carlos was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining all the repairing option relative to price. He also asked his colleagues to discuss what is the best option to restore my vehicle into that brand new factory look. In the end, we decided buffing out the scratches would be sufficient. The whole repair took about 3 hours, and see for yourself the result in the pictures attached. The roof looks brand new and I could not be happier about the result. All the scratch and discoloration was repaired perfectly. I was worried that the repair is going to cost an arm and a leg, but it was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier with Today's Collision. My Tesla Model X had damage to its right rear quarter panel, which was first quoted by another body shop for $20k. I couldn't believe how overpriced that was, so I found the only Tesla certified body shop in the Boston area, Today's Collision, and Bobby took a look at the damage, and said it would take 5-6 MONTHS to get the part from Tesla (since they are made to order) and it would be expensive. Instead, he suggested, he could try to pull the dent out, melt it to form, sand, and repaint. Although it took longer than quoted, two weeks later, it was fixed! Bobby and his team worked their magic, and it looks amazing! It's not perfect, but it cost 1/8 of the original quoted cost. He even matched the color almost exact to the factory color (which is hard to do with Teslas). It looks perfect to me, but HE said it's not 100% exact. His honesty is much appreciated, especially among people in this industry. Bobby even removed my pinstripes, which was harder than he expected, and just "rounded it up". If you have a Tesla, and even if you don't, go to Today's Collision. Hopefully I'll never have to come back, though! read more

A few weeks ago when my wife went to go pick up the kids from school, our garage door glitched and opened 6 inches short of fully open. She didn't notice this and backed the roof rack into the bottom of the garage door. This created two tiny dents in the top frame of the car, and two large cracks in the roof glass of our Tesla Model Y. I took the car to Todays to get it looked at. Matt Everson was extremely professional, friendly, and chill to talk to. He did an evaluation of the work to be done, had another guy on the team double check some of the metal work involved, and gave me an estimate soon after. The estimate, unsurprisingly, was higher than my deductible, so I then contacted my insurance, USAA. Matt ordered the parts and let me know when to bring the car in. He gave several updates over the course of the project, handled working with the insurance company directly, and in the end my out of pocket expense was exactly my deductible. When the car was ready, he even offered to come pick me up at my house and bring me back to the collision shop to pick it up. The car looked brand new when finished. Wow! Great customer service from genuine people!!! (lengthy review ahead) Just as a background. My car was involved in an accident in July. I was sitting in my parked car when a drunk driver (with no shoes on, yes NO shoes) reversed (His Ford explorer) full speed into the front of my truck (ML 350) while trying to exit his parking space. He then stopped, pulled up and reversed back into me a second time! Crazy, I know. So my car had the visible damage to the front grille. I was more concerned about internal damages and expressed this to the Collision Center that my lawyer recommended. They assured me they would take of my car...blah blah blah. An entire month later, my car was still at their shop and not complete. It took for me to keep calling them, my claims, adjuster,& my lawyer for them to expedite the process. That's a story for a later time. So I get my car back, and now its making noises that sound a bit different from prior to me dropping my car off. I was not pleased with the previous collision center, their work or their customer service so I reached out to Mercedes Benz of Boston to see what collision centers they recommend. I called their initial location in Braintree who pretty much refused to look at my car from the conversation I had with them. I let them know that I wanted a second opinion from a center that was more familiar with MB and let them know that my insurance company was aware and willing to pay for whatever damages they would find associated with my accident. The lady on the phone gave me the complete run around and ended the conversation by telling me to take my care to MB of Boston ( who had just given me their number). Ugh. I called Mercedes Back again and got a different sales person (Patrick, great guy!) who recommended this place. Today's Collision Center in Malden. I looked them up on yelp and saw great reviews ! I decided to give them a call. I spoke to someone (forgot his name, so sorry) & from the start of our convo I just felt the instant difference in customer service on the phone. I explained my situation and he was very kind, he told me that they would take a look at my car, just to bring my prior adjustments from GEICO with me when I came. I went there this morning before work and was greeted right away! They came out and looked at my car and scheduled for the Mechanic take it on a test drive to listen to my concerns. While i waited I was offered, water. coffee and great AC (LOL). When the Mechanic came back, he put my car on the lift and discovered exactly what my problem was. The previous Collision center didn't latch in the pieces on top of my front wheels when they reassembled it!! I believe that he said those pieces are there to collect water/fluid (don't quote me on that, but something of that nature) & that they didn't latch the pieces in. He fixed it for me and then even took me with him for a test drive to reassure that the sound was gone. It was! He even gave me great advice about my car and upcoming repairs (brake pads after the winter, fun, lol) which i really,really appreciated. They did all of this at no charge ! I was so taken back by that! As a female, I know that repairs shops tend to take advantage of us (some not all) so it was very nice to have a place do the complete opposite. I offered to Tip him at the end but he wasn't allowed to accept ;( Instead, I am witting this lengthy review, which I never do (LOL) because I am just so grateful with how i was handled and I feel so much more confident driving Faith ( my car) now that I know the suspensions and everything look good, and that my problem was fixed. Had I minor collision and contacted Today's to set up a day to drop off. I have been to today's many times over the years and have never had a bad experience and this one was no different. Top notch. My rental was already there waiting, I was met at the front desk by the owner Bobby, who immediately made sure I was taken care of and to say hello. Matt, who has been my contact in the past made sure to come out and say hello. During the time my car was being worked on, I was routinely contacted by Carlos at each phase of the repair, including wanting to fix an area that wasn't clear to be part of the original accident. My car needed rear brakes, and i had planned to make another appointment with War automotive, which is co-owned by Bobby and Will. I used this company, on a recommendation, for my mercedes after a car accident. Right from the start these people went above and beyond expectations. They came and took it on a flat bed. I was in contact with one of the owners Bobby who answered all of my questions and relayed everything along the way. Security alert! Be advised of a theft at this shop. I recently had my car repaired @ Today's Collision in Malden. While my car was entrusted to them, several items were stolen from it: gift cards from the glove box amounting to a substantial amount of money, cell phone charger & numerous other smaller items. There was no attempt on the part of management, Bobby, to empathize, investigate or compensate me for the losses. Bobby, instead, denied that it could have happened. However, it did happen. This business had a serious security breach for which they take no responsibility. I will file a theft report with the Malden police. read more

I simply can not tell when Today's has refinished a panel or fixed a small fender bender. Now with two daughters who have good driving skills but serious moments of stock car racing needs or enounters with wildlife that are on a suicide mission.......well there is only one place to call or the man to call and that is Bobby Cobb at Today's. He's such a professional and never laughs at our "incidents, stories, excuses or lies." It's all about making the customer and this fussy guy happy. This is a review for Today's Auto Service at 364 Washington Street, across from Collision (their review page links back to this Yelp entry). I've officially found my auto repair shop. As you probably know, it is nearly impossible to find honest mechanics in the area. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed quickly at a reasonable price. Last week, my car broke down turning into the parking lot next door to Today's Auto Service. The axle broke and the driver side tire was sideways horizontally, unable to move and leaving the back end of my car in the street. Will from Today's rushed over to help, along with some guys from Collision across the street, and they pushed my car into the lot, never expecting me to actually use them for the repair. Of course, their kindness and swift action to help made me want to try them out for repair. It was a big job - the axle, ball joint and control arm went out on the left side, along with the ball joint and control arm on the right (my car is almost 20 years old). They gave me a very reasonable and affordable quote, considering how much needed to be repaired, and fixed the left side the next day, saying the right side was okay to wait a few weeks since I was short on money, not pushing me to fix it right then when I couldn't afford it. Obviously, I took the car back to them for the right side. Anthony made sure I knew exactly what the charges were for, and communicated with me on everything so there were no surprises. Without doubt, I will be returning to them with this car, and any future cars, for all of my repair needs.
