She didn't put one ounce of effort into negotiating on our behalf. Everything the buyers wanted, she just pressured us to concede to them no matter our misgivings. She pressured us into taking the offer without even telling us ahead of time that there was one... Asked us for a meeting on a Friday, sprung the news on us, and expected an answer by close of business. She waited to tell me the date of the inspection (she told me, didn't ask if the date worked for me, with only a 3 day notice) then screamed at me on the phone because I was too sick to leave the house and asked that they reschedule their inspection until I was feeling better. How awkward would it be to be sick in bed and have folks traipsing around your house for several hours? At the closing, she didn't even sit next to us at the table. Acted like we were strangers. Hopefully she was embarrassed for how she had conducted herself. I don't know if anyone else has had a terrible experience with this woman but I would never use her to list a house again. Buying from her is a different story, I feel like she has half the listings in town and since she gave the buyers such preferential treatment in our sale I'm expecting nothing less if I ever have to buy from her.
