She also sent out letters very late at times and I feel as though as she was not working for me on my case, she was just sitting out bills collecting money and not doing her job, I thought this law service was going to be good because of the low $500 retainer fee. However, they said you get what you pay for if you're anywhere by Mattoon Charleston or Coles county I would really check her reviews before wasting your time with this law farm....

They violated their own contract...took 5 years to get my records that I was supposed to receive within 30 days of releasing them. My 'attorney' billed several hours of phone conversations with the opposing attorney and even used her office when in town. They were friends. I had inquired records to find out what they discussed and to this day do not have an answer. He was so bad I fired him. Then Holmes came after me 5 years later for payment and made up some story that I lost the case and wasn't happy, so I didn't pay. Let me be clear: I went in the see Heller(bc he was recommended) they gave me another attorney and I was under the impression that Heller was going to be in court with us...NEVER happened. Never met the man. My attorney was so bad, I would have been better off not hiring them and saving thousands. I think they are hurting for money, bc the word is prob getting out about cases like mine and that's why they are going after years old billings...just be aware and use another law firm!!
