Then Holmes came after me 5 years later for payment and made up some story that I lost the case and wasn't happy, so I didn't pay. Let me be clear: I went in the see Heller(bc he was recommended) they gave me another attorney and I was under the impression that Heller was going to be in court with us...NEVER happened. Never met the man. My attorney was so bad, I would have been better off not hiring them and saving thousands.
