Communication was terrible from the beginning. Calls and messages went unanswered for days, and when we did get a response it felt rushed and vague. We never felt like anyone actually had a handle on the case. The case itself was handled poorly. He had multiple different people working on the matter at different times and every handoff meant starting over basically from scratch. Nobody seemed to know the details of what was going on and we had to keep repeating ourselves just to get anyone up to speed. When we actually got to court it became clear that the preparation just wasn't there. The outcome was worse than it should have been and we genuinely believe we would have been better off going a different direction entirely. For what we paid I expected competent, consistent, communicative representation. We got none of those things.
