I kept going back to him because I was nowhere near where he said I would be in my recovery. Plus my heal was hot still. Duh. The anchors for the Achillis had detached and the mesh he put in was rejected by my body. I felt horrible for 8 months. Dr. Beals did the surgery again 8 months later. He had to scrap down to healthy bone to reattach the anchors and pick out the mesh that should not have been placed in there. I'm mending on schedule now. I went through hell by believing it would be an easy fix as Dickerson said. Plus, I didn't know to ask for a nerve block during the surgery. Unnecessary severe post op pain!

I showed up early, and was out quickly (there was no waiting). Though the injections were not completely pain free, he definitely eased the pain. He talked through each one, and I was okay. I hope one of her immediate family members is NEVER hospitalized with a life threatening injury beyond their control and when she calls to cancel an appointment for late in the day the person answering the call is not more preoccupied going on and on about the charge for canceling due to being less than 24 hours ( it wasn't so much about the fee, but how it was so rudely delivered ). I apologize our life threatening emergency was not predicted ahead of time.. emergencies are usually not, that's why they are called EMERGENCIES. Showing absolutely ZERO compassion of the situation even if I had to pay the fee.... Rachael could have said something like.. I'm sorry about your family member and I understand it was out of your control, but it's our policy to charge a $30 cancellation fee if appointment is canceled less than 24 hrs prior would have been nice! But she couldn't care less and she conveyed that with her attitude and tone. She is one of the absolute rudest office staff I have encountered. She is in the wrong profession and should definitely stay away from customer service! I'm sure they could care less, but I have no intention of ever returning to physical therapy there which is sad as it's needed and I loved my therapist.. but if this is how you front end staff treat your customers then no thanks as I will not allow someone to treat me so disrespectfully. His office was nice, and he had a good sense of humor. Since he was recommended and I had never had physical therapy before, I didn't investigate the going rate. He charged me $250 per session. I went to and paid for four sessions. Then I found out the going rate is less than half of what Isaac charged me. I'm now paying $100 per session. Lodestar ripped me off. Also, by discussing my medical progress in his response, Isaac is violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

I attended a free consultation with Lodestar. Within a minute Dr. Isaac Halliday (Doc Halliday to me) could see the issue was my left hip, not the knee. I had been compensating for the hip and creating knee problems. His diagnosis led to an MRI and x-ray that found a labrum tear, bone spur and arthritis in the hip and sacrum. I immediately began a weekly regimen of physical therapy with the good doctor at his Murray office. He gave me a variety of personalized routines that included exercises and stretches. The office has a wide variety of exercise equipment where his clients learn how to first manage their pain and then overcome it. My nerve issues have completely disappeared, and the hip/knee pain abated. I continue to do the exercises and stretches religiously. While the hip issues will never go away completely, they do not prevent me from remaining active. I have resumed all the activities I enjoyed before the discomfort arrived. Go see Isaac if you want to defeat your pain.

There were several but ImPackt stood out as the best choice for athletes and very active individuals (I love to golf, hike, and ski). I knew I made the right choice on my first visit. Not only was the location very convenient, but the office was bright, modern, and spotless. The care I received was completely different from New York. The therapists who cared for me were hands-on (massage, scraping, vibration, etc.), friendly, and so knowledgeable. And the knee bender machine they have was a game changer! They told me they wouldn't know how much my coverage would provide and failed to provide with me something as simple as an estimate. I feel like a fish who thought they were getting dinner and became the dinner. Halfway through my treatment program, (3 visits) I owe them $450 and still have the exact same pain that I had on day 1 with no improvement. In response to comment: If what said in your comment was true. I would have been completely satisfied, George. Respectfully, I was not provided with even an estimate of the visit, and when speaking to someone on the phone to pay my bill, I asked again for an estimate of what the last 2 yet un-billed visits would cost. What you "saw" and what I heard are simply two different things.. and I think that we both know that you cannot hear with your eyes. I digress, I was told, "Unfortunately, we just don't know." I understand that my insurance has a deductible. With other physicians including my chiropractor, they will simply call my provider and get an accurate bill for me as an "estimate" that is made available to me before the treatment is even received to allow me to decide if I want to proceed with the treatment. I must also say that I should not be sorry for not requesting to speak with the owner of a company that has wronged as that most often times is simply not possible. Nor, would it yield any productive results. While your offer of free services are enticing, I think we all know that "no risk trials" aren't as great as they appear to be at face value. Us little folk usually get stuck with the bill. If you truly weren't going to charge your patients if they weren't satisfied, I would have never seen a bill in the first place. As far as the progress, rather lack there of.. I cannot be held accountable for the advice that I was recommended nor the direction that I was given that did not provide the relief that we were both hoping for. Thank you for your response, though I felt it was inaccurate and a bit catty, I understand the personal drive to defend one's business and employees. This review was not intended as an attack upon on you as individuals. This was merely some feedback for the business and a heed of caution for those who aren't 100% familiar and know exactly what their insurance liability will be, as your office provided with no guidance or expectation on this front. recently I could not attend my appt, bc of this I paid an out of pocket fee of $100 that's totally…read moreunderstandable...Moving forward, I call to schedule my next appointment after I payed said no show fee only to have the front desk reveal that i can no longer schedule treatment in advance. I will now only be able to access scheduling on the same day. This is practically impossible and not to mention inconvenient. I feel frustrated and mostly confused since I have never received a written nor verbal warning being notified regarding why I would be denied. They have now disclosed any time you cancel appt. Regardless if it's several days in advance or if it's to only to reschedule, it will still go towards your total three no shows, resulting in denial for booking future treatment. Overall I'm disappointed in the communication to better disclose policy's. I've noticed this company doesn't care about a patients experience rather than getting paid. I've had treatment at this clinic that was amazing and some that were horrible but continue to rebook bc I found one provider in the clinic that gives their patients full service and attention compared to other that rush or they will sit on the computer for more than half of the appt only leaving maybe 15 min of actually receiving a treatment.

I was a new client, and had been referred to by one of my relatives. I'm not usually the type to go to the doctor unless I have to, so I was hesitant at first. Im so so glad I came in! I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly, and the employees are great at communication and worked with my schedule. Once I got to the office, Rachael kindly and patiently worked with me to determine exactly where the pain was coming from, and explained to me the source(s) of the problem. For someone that walked in knowing NOTHING about neck/shoulder anatomy, this was super helpful and actually really interesting. We found the problem spot, and I was given stretches and exercises to practice routinely in order to reduce the pain in my neck. After just a couple days of following Rachael's instructions, I was already feeling so much better. I returned for a couple of follow-ups, and after that, I was pretty much finished! The pain had subsided, and I had all the information I needed to continue if I had the same issue in the future. Now, two months later, I have 0 pain thanks to Rachael and her instructions.
