I WAS mutilated related to their need for generational wealth. I have permanent nerve damage along with losing faith in someone who I believed was looking after my best interests. They will lie to you, give you false information about the dental services you need, and then give you a 30-day notice that THEY are terminating their business with you before the job is finished, when you go somewhere else to find out WHY things are not going the way they should be going. I had to pressure them and stand in their lobby, stating that the 16,000 dollar job was not finished and needed to be finished. During the root canal the staff constantly kept me up to point on what they were doing and what was left so the root canal went as smooth as could be. Dr. Lawson even watched my body language and when he saw any signs of pain that should not have been there, before i had to stop him, he would stop his work himself to address the painful areas where as i have had other dentists keep pushing through even when i have tried to explain how much pain they were causing. The office staff even called my regular dentist for me after trying to push up my follow up appointment to make sure this procedure was properly addressed for the crown. If i ever need more major dental surgery again, I will go right back to Dr. Lawson because he and his team made me feel completely comfortable and even more important, completely heard.
