I listed my home in October 2023. I had 3 showings in the first week. Did not receive an offer. Left it on the market, not another showing until I called Todd Weise. That was about 2 weeks later. I heard nothing from my realtor and the office of Todd Weise. Until I finally called them. They basically blew smoke up my ass! At that time I wanted to get out of my contract! They would not allow me to do so. I lowered my price 35,000 and relisted it. I received 2 showings, with no offers. The communication with the office and realtor was still nonexistence. By that time I was really mad! I still wasn't able to get out of my contract they had me relist it with a new price and pictures. I again lowered my price by 39,000. I had 3 more showings. Finally received an offer at 100,000 less than my original price. It was such a shitty offer. I didn't take the offer! Than my relator came back with another offer, still a very shitty offer from buyers. The buyers want me to throw in my outside patio set, a book case etc. So in the end I ended taking 90,000 less for my home. I will not ever list another home with this company. They gave me a lot of broken promises never would deliver anything. It was always every thing about my house. They supposedly advertised all over! The company allowed the buyers in my home 5 days before closing. I was not made aware of this! My house was not cleaned and my sister still had items all over my home. I was so pissed that they thought they could get away with this. So long story short! Do not list with this company they have an "F" for a grade. read more

Our experience with Todd Wiese agent Eric Arneson was amazing! We were previously working with 2 different agents and were struggling with finding a Vacation home and were very close to giving up on this dream - at least for the foreseeable future. Todd and his team have a top shelf organization setting the bar. From the first phone call to the last and everyone in between always optimistic with a plan and available options. I live in Southern California have never personally met no need the information passed along gave me the same comfort as being there. Everything agreed upon with a hand shake over the phone Todd filled me in on what his inspection came up with then we had the inspectors report. Todd went through the report as if he memorized it he had every detail pin pointed with an action we came up with a game plan started work was a five days max work before the work was complete I don't think there was even a sign up and the property was sold . I could not believe it . the entire experience was amazing a hand shake over the phone good communication and holding up each end of the bargain. Sold in less then a day.
