Doors arrived quickly and install was scheduled promptly and now I have two new great doors that I'm happy with. The only down side is the did leave some brown markings on the outside trim from taking down the old track and molding and replacing it, it's minor overall. I would recommend them to anyone looking for garage doors by a local company that was fairly priced and provided prompt good quality service.

The gentleman in the picture thought it was a clever idea for his coworker to drive across my lawn to get to my garage door. I told this gentleman to park on the backside of the house, which is where the part to the garage is located. He thought he was obligated with rights to do what he wanted to do and disregarded what I asked of him. I explained to him why it was not ok for that truck to be driving across my lawn due to the underground sprinkler system heads. Neither to say, this grown man acted like a 2-year-old, caught a conniption, and stormed off. Leaving my house was the best thing he could have done. If you cannot come to a customer's house and abide by their rules, you do not need to be in that type of business. I called to the office to speak to the owner about what had just occurred, and the receptionist told me that the owner accompanied the technician to my house. This is clearly what is acceptable at this company. So, if you are looking for a professional company to fix/install your garage door(s) this is not the company to hire for the job. It is too big of a problem for employees to follow simple directions. This is clearly how damages occurs at people homes. The business stated: As this was the second time that this installation was scheduled with you, at no time were any instructions given about your property. On May 25, 2022, an appointment was scheduled for install that morning between 9-10. The technicians called 30 minutes in advance with no answer and when they arrived no one was home. This is a 45 minute drive from our office and no one could be available for us to complete the job. A return phone call was made after 1:00 and the appointment was rescheduled for June 6, 2022. On the way this moring, the technicians phone call was not answered. When they arrived, yet again, no one was home. After ringing the doorbell, you answered on the ring camera and allowed them access to the garage. At no point were they told they could not drive across the grass until after they already had, mind you, you have a car blocking the driveway and no one home. After apologizing to you, you wouldn't accept it. I am sorry that this occured, but once again, at no point were they given any instructions about your lawn. The only signs in the yard state 24-hour surveillance. "At no point were they given any instructions about your lawn". How do you think you were able to open the garage door? His product is good but that is the end of it…read more I was told it would take 2.5 days to complete and maybe it would have if he showed up on time. His reviews were good so I hired him. After being a few days into the project I felt like I was buckled and dimed for what he called"extra work" he had to put in. I also had to go and buy wire and siding. When he was finished he said he doesn't sand or paint. I was left with a horrible spackle job and unsightly finished product on the inside. I now had to hire someone for another $300-$400 to fix the mess he had left me with. I have never heard of any company that doesn't finish and present a near perfect product. I want new doors and storm doors now but, I will be giving the job to someone else.
