I purchased a hearing aid for over $6,000.00 and unfortunately had a piece of appliance that broke and had to pay $110.00 to have it repaired. The audiologist refused to check it before I left to be sure it worked and when I got it home I couldn't adjust volume. Then had to go back and was going to be charged $55.00 to check it. The Audiologist again wouldn't come to help. This is a horrible business that wants nothing to do with you after your purchase. No compassion or customer service. I paid a lot for hearing aids and feel I was discriminated against based on my age and disability. I would never recommend this business. read more
