I wasn't asked about a drink, which threw me off at first, but I figured it out when I noticed another customer making their own coffee behind me. It was a basic coffee setup, reminiscent of what you'd find at a 7-Eleven. I made myself a hazelnut coffee with vanilla almond milk creamer, but unfortunately, the flavor was as lackluster as the setup. While sitting at the counter, I noticed some random trash around--things like a credit card slip at my seat, a used Styrofoam coffee cup at the next seat, and a silverware wrap on the other side. There were also dirty dishes on a cooler next to the kitchen. These aren't huge issues, but they do suggest a relaxed attitude toward cleanliness and detail. When my sandwich arrived, it looked underwhelming, both in size and presentation. The bagel seemed smaller than what you'd get at Einstein Bros. or Panera. Flavor-wise, it didn't impress either. The cheese seemed to be some sort of sauce, as I couldn't really see or taste it. My total came to $12 after tip, and honestly, I feel like I could get better value at Dunkin'. Overall, this seems like a great spot for locals and regulars. They offered coffee while we waited which was a nice touch. The time quoted ended up being right on - nice job! I ordered the tri-fecta which is eggs, bacon or sausage, and a pancake or waffle. It was decent but pretty basic but that's honestly my fault for ordering a basic meal.
