Steak bowl with red dragon and green dragon sauces on the side for an extra kick of heat in your mouth.
    Steven G.

Great service; decent, clean food. The customer service here is par excellence. This is a "build your bowl in 5 steps" kind of restaurant. The first step is choose your protein: They have chicken (white or dark meat), steak, grilled shrimp and poke (raw salmon or tuna) options. Second, you choose your base: white rice, brown rice, or double vegetables (carb free). Third, you choose your vegetables. You can select none, few or all of them on the list. Fourth, you choose your toppings (up to two only) wonton crisps, crispy onions, sesame seeds, etc. Fifth( you choose one of their sauces. I chose two and had them put each one on the side in separate containers. Vegetables are all half cooked with precision. Overall, This food is clean and you will leave here with a healthy-full kind of feeling. Now go get 'em.

This is my second time here, my first try wasn't a great experience but It was opening week. I had a build your own bowl w/Udon noodles and was less than impressed. I came back as they have been open a couple months now and found the quality much better. Ordered the Boulder Bowl w/Dragon sauce on the side. Tasty and pretty quick. A great place for non-greasy Asian-esque fair.

I was excited for some poke in Greely! The place is small and clean with huge red lamps inside for decoration. They also have a patio area. Service was very pleasant! I'm only giving three stars though because taste wise, it wasn't that great. The house poke sauce or whatever was too tangy and made my mouth pucker. Perhaps it might've been better with a different sauce. I would give them another try if I'm nearby.

I had never been before, but heard great things. This is an excellent healthy option and I will be back because I love food like this. The vegetables and chicken was cooked great. The feel of the restaurant is in between fast food and sit down and I liked it. No complaints here, great spot !

Strange things attached to my hard boiled egg. No thanks!

I normally love Tokyo Joe's but today was an exception. The whole restaurant was filthy and my food was gross.

Since I arrive when they open, I would assume that all their main dishes would be hot and fresh. WRONG!! Today, a lot of their dishes were cold and old. The Sesame Chicken looked and tasted like it was from 2-3 days ago and it was cold. The wings were very cold temperature and looks like it was from 2-3 days ago. The Beef Broccoli barely has any beef in it. The Pork with mushroom barely has any Pork in it. Most of the food Items I tried were like room temperature. They really need to turn up the heat in the buffet bar. The quality of the food here has gone down. I was so disappointed. One good thing about this place is the female staff that was serving the drinks and clearing out the table. She was nice and polite and friendly.

The breaded options like orange chicken had almost no actual chicken inside the breading. Broccoli beef and chicken were bland and the broccoli pieces were so large and hard as to be inedible. The majority of the food was standard buffet fare but just not very good. The only good thing I had was when I made a plate for the hibachi grill. Beef, noodles and broccoli. Well cooked and flavored. If I went there again, I'd skip almost the entire buffet and do the hibachi (which is included.) Desserts were bland and not worth the indulgence. Price was relatively high for what was offered. Interior was dated and a little dirty. The employees were nice but factoring everything in, not somewhere I'd likely ever go back to.

Was looking for a different sushi place in the area and was curious what Daruma was like…read more Yes, this is a sushi restaurant. And yes, the sushi is good. First, I'll tell you about my experience. When I arrived there was plenty of parking outside along the street of this sushi restaurant. There is outside seating and inside seating. The inside has several tables that can seat around 6 people. See my pictures attached. I ordered my sushi; 3 rolls for $9.99, which is a fair price. There are select types of sushi on a list that can be part of the 3-roll deal. I also got hot saké for around 6 bucks. Some of the special rolls cost around $10. The sushi took a little longer than I expected to come out and get to my table, but when it came out I was happy. The sushi is rolled tightly, was a good size, and a decent amount of ingredients inside. It was also styled nicely on my plate. See my attached pictures. I ordered all salmon avocado rolls, because they are my favorite. I was pleased to see that they also have gluten-free soy sauce. The hot sake comes in the ideal hot saké glass with the small shot glass. I have no gripes with my meal and was pleased. All together for a decent price, would make it tempting to me to come back often. I posted pictures of the menu items above the cash register. Check out the variety of food here. There is more than sushi here. If I were to make any improvements to this place, I would add some more sushi types to the menu, and not bother with sushi rolls with only a single meat in it, and no other combined ingredients. Spicy Mayo, cucumber, and avocado can make sushi more tempting. Before I came here I had a hard time finding a menu. This restaurant needs a website with the menu posted. Possibly a Facebook page with pictures of different plates and drinks posted on it occasionally. It would be nice if there was some Japanese music being played in the background, and the TV shouldn't be on the CNN channel (laughing). I also would enjoy seeing some of the staff going around and checking on customers to see how they are doing. So what do I think overall? Well I definitely approve of this restaurant, and I certainly will be coming back for sushi. The prices are also fair, so in that case, why not come back more often with some friends? I think this place would be twice as busy if people could see the menu items online. Also, gluten and lactose free food options always bring more people in. I do suggest you come by to try the sushi here. I approve and believe you should come by and try this place soon. See my attached pictures.

You know those meals that make you sit back mid-bite and say, "Oh wow... this is it. This is my…read morepersonality now." That's Daruma. Let's start with the lobster roll, because this thing deserves its own standing ovation. Perfectly chilled lobster, just the right touch of creamy sauce, wrapped up like a little sushi love letter. It's rich without being heavy, and it'll ruin you for any other roll in town. Then there's the spicy ramen, which might be one of the most comforting, soul-recharging bowls you'll find in Greeley. The broth hits you with that warm, savory hug you didn't know you needed, and the spice level is dialed in perfectly - enough to wake up your taste buds but not enough to make you regret life choices. The vibe? Cozy, chill, and just a little fancy without being intimidating. Perfect for a date night, family dinner, or that solo night out where you pretend you're the mysterious main character in an indie film. Bottom line: Daruma is the kind of place you keep coming back to because it just gets it. Go for the lobster roll, stay for the spicy ramen, and thank me later.

If you're anywhere near Fort Collins and haven't tried Kujira Ramen, you're missing out…read more I went all in: gyoza, pork belly steamed buns, and Tonkotsu Ramen -- and every single bite was absolutely unreal. The gyoza came out perfectly pan-seared -- crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor. That dipping sauce had just the right balance of salty, tangy, and savory. You could easily crush two orders without trying. The pork belly steamed buns were next-level. Soft, pillowy buns wrapped around rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly. The balance of fat, sweetness, and sauce was perfect. Messy in the best possible way. And then the star -- the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was deep, creamy, and packed with flavor -- that slow-simmered richness that tells you it was done right. The noodles had the perfect bite, and the pork was tender and seasoned beautifully. Every spoonful made you slow down just to appreciate it. Hands down one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Clean atmosphere, great service, incredible food. 10/10 -- already planning the next trip back.

But they were also fairly quick with the appetizers that we tried. The barbecue tofu was surprisingly delicious with a great texture and yummy sauce. The Gyoza was also a fan favorite with a light crispy bottom and a good filling. We tried two different ramens with two different proteins. The beef was a bit, tough and dry, but the chashu was nice and soft like melting in your mouth. The broth was also good and the noodles were nice and thin. Overall, I felt like this was a nice bite to eat and definitely filling. The only thing I felt that was lacking was the service on refilling water. I would definitely come back if I was around the area. They definitely got busy pretty quick.

From the moment we walked in - I'm recovering from recent shoulder surgery and dressing isn't easy so I didn't look my best - I discreetly asked the hostess if it was ok for me to come in looking kinda grungy and she sweetly told me I looked cute. Then a very friendly young man led us to our table. The place was packed, there were a lot of families with children as well as older folks like my hubby and me. Our waiter was also very friendly. Hubby and I usually each order soup, then we order 2 appetizers and one entree to split when we go to Asian restaurants. We ordered the same here. The egg drop soup was heartier than we expected, it had corn and little bit of chicken in it. It was delicious. Our appetizers, spring rolls and wrapped shrimp, were delicious and they were served on beds of noodles with sliced carrots and cucumbers around the edges of the plates. We had to ask our waiter for carry out containers before our entree even arrived. Our entree, pork with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster sauce was delicious....just like everything else was. And since we ordered too much we had enough left over for dinner the following night. Hubby and I usually go for Thai or Japanese when we're in the mood for Asian cuisine and we have our favorite spots in FoCo for those (I prefer Thai, he prefers Japanese). We now have our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The food was great and the service was very friendly!
