He makes the best little keg Tooth fish fried nuggets I have ever had. Excellent. He also makes this amuse bouche of broccoli with a peanut sauce my hubby LOVES! He LOVES this place & wanted to go there every night! Lol The owner is somewhat of a celebrity in Puerto Escondido. He likes to ride his motorcycle around town in a T-shirt with "SUSHI" hand written across the front & back LOLOLOLOL Free advertising! :)) Everyone loves his tenacity for life & admires his free spirit. The Fried Rice lacks flavor and everything else on the menu relies heavy on some sort of sauce to give it flavor. The reason I am giving it 3 start is becuase the service is really good. We've already been to their other location so we figured it would be the same great quality and excellent service. They were missing the ginger but apart from that everything was delicious. They even have tables with a grill in the Center where a chef comes and prepares the food for you, so it's always a nice & unique experience. Customer service is excellent and there's tons of parking space outside. Sundays tend to be busy and weekdays around lunch time too, but you won't have to wait for too long to have a good quality Japanese meal.
