They then lied to her about not needing insurance approval. They also lied about what they were having her sign. I'm the policyholder (and an insurance defense attorney), so I asked them to send me the form, and they refused to do so. Instead, they refused to work on the car altogether and insisted that the car be taken to another shop. Which I was more than happy to do! Very shady behavior.

They gave me a promise date and had the car ready WAY before then, I'm talking I dropped the car off and signed to release it on Wednesday and I got the car on Friday, WOW. To top it off, I was only available before hours at 7 and Eric said he would be there to let me get my car. It was flawless, it looked better than before to be honest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I would even tell people to go out of their way to come here, it is truly worth it!
