The managers side with their s*** employees. The employees think their only job is to stand there and try to look pretty. The manager apparently tells people she owns the store and there is nobody of higher authority you can speak to. After finding the number to speak to the district manager/HS/owner, It's been almost a month since I've received a call back, been able to speak to anyone, or any action being taken over my complaint. The manager DOESNT care, if you dare react to the employees disrespectful actions, you're at fault and the employee has done nothing wrong.. They DO NOT care about their customers, get ready to be disrespected, potentially harassed, threatened, verbally assaulted. Some of the staff are VERY racist to people of color, as I've experienced this first hand. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from a bad experience go anywhere else.
