The shrimp ceviche was a heavenly start but the shrimp tempura was actually light and cooked delicately. The filets came out at the perfect temperature and my scallops would get a Gordon Ramsay thumbs up! My wife ordered the sea bass ravioli and it was something divine. Please- if you're in Mallorca, go experience Tan A Gustito. I've added it to my short list of best restaurants in my travelled world which consists of about 20 countries so far. Kudos to the owner, the chef and our wonderful waiter. Thank you for making the night special for my family!

We got so many amazing tapas - The cheese platter is out of this world The cured ham is like no other The crispy shrimp was perfect The crispy balls stuffed with Sauage and prosciutto melted in your mouth The risotto with shrimp Etc etc etc The chef came out and introduced himself - his wife is French and he lived in Italy . So you can imagine the unique kind of food they serve . They are so accommodating and really make you feel so welcome . It left such an impression on us that l I want to go back there before we leave back home . I highly highly recommend this place to everyone . And before I forget, all of the desserts were delicious. We had about 3 different kinds at our table .

Trying an Ensaimada from Mallorca was one of my top things to do, and I heard this was the place to…read morego! Overall, my experience was okay, and I was a bit underwhelmed. When we first arrived, we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes, which is typical (no problem at all). We knew what we wanted and ordered right away. We of course got the Ensaimada, apricot ice cream, two iced coffees (it was so hot, so we got iced, (I know what you're thinking, silly Americans)). If I could go back, I would get an espresso or cappuccino because I think it would have paired much better with the pastries. I also asked the server if he had any personal favorites he would recommend, and he brought us a Cuarto (sponge cake). This was not very good in my opinion. It was basically flavorless and very eggy. The Ensaimada was delicious! More oily than I expected, but still very good. I also loved the apricot Ice Cream! As to the service, when we were seated, our server was very dismissive and inattentive. We did not have silverware at our table. No problem. Figured it would be given to us once we got our order. Nope. After we got our food, our server ran away and never came back to us, so I never had the chance to ask for any silverware. Had to eat everything by hand. Thankfully the ice cream came with a spoon. The inside is not huge, and we were seated in a small table tucked away in the corner. Maybe that's why our server basically forgot about us. One tip is that when you're finished and ready to leave, you go to the counter to pay. The server will not come back and hand you your check (at least that's how it worked for us). I could tell there were a lot of locals and Spanish-speaking patrons, so if you're American or don't speak Spanish, don't expect them to be the most friendly. I dont take that too personally, just want to let other people coming here to know what to expect. Overall, I would come here again and recommend it to anyone coming to visit Mallorca.
