I asked TWICE what her rate is and was blatantly ignored until she thought we would list with her. She then revealed her rate of 6.5% . Outrageous! Two days later she said she'd give us 5.5% because we used her for buying. Are you kidding?? Other great agents are 4%. I didn't appreciate the obvious deceit. The listing had incorrect information and very strange wording. She has a 20 yr old picture on her card and correspondence. When were to meet in person I kept looking for the person pictured. Lastly she stated she has pictures of a client's cat that's dragged it's butt all over the carpet and left a poop trail during a showing. She urged us not to get a cat. I find the story very unlikely and hard to believe. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone.
