Big problem for an insurance agent. Accuracy is imperative. Mishandled our policy with multiple errors, then tried to blame it on someone else. Obnoxious and rude to me on the phone on one of the very few occasions (and last) time I called the office- instead tried to upsell me on more insurance. Inherited us as clients from Dan Jilek- who sadly passed too soon. Fahoome apparently feels he doesn't have to build or maintain relationships with customers of 25+ years that were HANDED to him- ZERO EFFORT- and we are THRILLED to be rid of him and his constantly changing office staff.
