After pumping my gas, he wasn't able to print me a receipt for the $18.01 that I had pumped. But I had my original receipt for the $50 credit I paid him. He then showed me the screen on the register that didn't show my transaction. I had to leave to get to the airport. But I took a picture of the pump, the pump ID number, as well as the name and location of the store. I believe this is some sort of hustle by this guy. I reached out to their corporate offices who are now investigating my case.

I've been here since 2009 and the store has looked the exact same but excessively deteriorated. Water has been in the gas since Hurricane Michael. You'd think that when Chevron bought this gas station, they'd demolish this and completely rebuild it for a much nicer place. Also I kid you not, there are potholes all over the parking lot. There's only like 6 spots to park in, you gotta park near the ice machine or grass in order to park. The "parking spot" near the ice machine was recently flooded due to rain and it got my car muddy too. Seems there's no drains in the parking lot. The earliest I remember this parking lot with potholes was 2018, before Hurricane Michael actually. I don't even care about the size of the gas station, I could deal with smaller if it was nicer. Not only that but there's literally card skimmers in the gas pumps and store. If you dreadfully go here, only tap your phone to ensure your credit card information isn't leeched. Cars and cards being destroyed here. I don't care that there's only 4 pumps, I'd rather have a nice gas station with 4 pumps than this gas station with 20 pumps. Do not fill your car here, ever. For example, this morning, I gave up after about ten minutes of pumping and only receiving 3.5 gallons of gas. This issue has been going on for months. I had a meeting in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and this location was just down the street from where am I meeting was supposed to be had. The prices were about the same as the other gas stations in the area and while I expected prices to be significantly higher on this road, they really we're not that bad. Maybe a few cents higher and what I can get just off of Interstate 10, but not ridiculously so. The inside has the usual convenience store items that you associate with convenience store gas stations.
