Here's where it goes from a "good" experience to a "great" one! A few days later our luggage was stolen just before we left the country. While we mostly lost only clothes and toiletries, the ring my wife purchased was in the bag. Distraught, we mentally wrote it off as a loss. Upon my return to the US, I took it upon myself to do what I could to locate the store and see if there was any way to obtain a replacement. Despite the language, distance, and time differences, Munira sent me photos of rings and took down my descriptions until we identified one by the same artist that was very similar. After we figured out the PayPal process (sorry, not a payment system I usually use!), she shipped it to me in time for me to give it to my wife on our 10th anniversary.
