The crew showed up on schedule and we able to strip out the old, level and install 4 rooms in the space of about 7 hours. Sergio is on top of it and ensure a great result. Also, Chic is less expensive than the other guys I talked to where I had to go and find my own flooring (they would pick it up), charge me for the disposal of the old and the follow-up guarantee, warranty was highly supect. Maestros kept our $700 when they sold us a defective slab. We relied on the sales person to…read morerecommend a high quality slab. When she directed us to these slabs with white lines, we asked if these were cracks and she said No. When the fabricator saw them, he was concerned about fabricating these slabs so we wanted to return them. Confused about what to do, I went to another slab yard, found a similar white line in a slab and asked if it was a crack and their sales rep said it was so a crack clearly other slab yards will tell you the risks of these white lines in the slabs. Maestros did not and would not refund the entire amount, kept one slab which is on the sales floor. Maestros kept $700 when we could not use this slab. I don't think anyone would want to be treated like this in business.
