I have a Mercedes Benz C63 AMG 507 Edition which I can't wash it on the regular tunnel due to the expensive black paint which will scratch easily. I paid for the inside and outside basic wash; 35 bucks. Although they got the basics clean, they didn't even try, seemingly, to remove the tow-yard numbers. Didn't seem like a great job for the 35 bucks. Not sure I'll use them again; if I do I'll just do the cheap fare for the outside. Dissapointed. read more

Wow! We'd leave Tommy Terrific's Car Wash in Plano, Texas 10 stars if we could. They're that great. We feel like we've tried every car wash within 15 or so miles of us, and they can't compare to how thankful and happy we are to have found Tommy Terrific's. This place is CLEAN, from the exterior to the interior areas and even the restrooms. We joked that the place is cleaner than any restaurant we've been to. Tommy's is not a small place so you have plenty of space to spread out and wait, whether it's in the comfy cushioned chairs, the stools, etc. The wifi is solid, and there are large TVs as well as music playing at a comfortable level. There's a great refrigerated section where you can select from quite a few cold items to eat or drink. There's a center island where you pay for things (including your car wash) and there is a small selection of candy available for purchase. The woman who assisted me was very nice, personable, helpful, and professional. Every employee we had contact with was professional, cheerful, helpful, and nice, regardless of their roles or position. As for the services, we chose a hand wash that includes the car interior for $75 and added an extra tire cleaning/treatment for $20 which was $95 total. You can see your car at every point in the cleaning, regardless of whether or not you're waiting outside or inside. Our car was handled with the utmost of care at every step in the process. In the end, our car was absolutely perfect. There wasn't anything that was missed or imperfect anywhere on or in the car. We took a bunch of pics (and a vid) so you can see for yourself. You would think that 90$ in and out detailing would include actual vacuuming and actual cleaning of car outside , but you would be utterly wrong. All the dog hair under weather mats still there , dirty undercarriage still there , but windows and parts of bumper got cleaned , I will give you that. I was so impressed with Tommy's! I felt very luxurious while waiting to get my car washed. I pulled right up, let them know what i needed and the attendant let me know the best options. I went inside and grabbed a seat, but only after getting a Red Bull from the neatly stocked fridge. They have Red Bull, soda and other drinks for purchase inside. They even have wine and beer! Also coffee from Ascension. I did feel like i had to wait a while but it was worth it. My car was pretty spotless from all the dog hair that had accumulated over a long period of time. I went through Tommy terrific car wash and needed up with a bunch of surface scratches all over my car. Mondo ended up filing an incident report and gave me a card with Whitney Wehring name and number on it 972-816-8997 I've called four times over the last week and not one call back or reply yet so it seems as if they are avoiding my calls so I guess the next step is just to file a small claims with the local municipality but if I were you I would not recommend getting my car washed at this establishment. $16 is a lot for an express car wash with limited extras (this was the middle option, there was one slightly cheaper and one more expensive for the express washes). This one had the tire shine with it, and that part was nice and the tires came out shining. I like the manual towel dry at the end as well. However, the car wash itself did just an okay job. I didn't have anything crazy dirty on my car but it still failed to clean random spots on the sides of the vehicle. They weren't super hard stuck in dirt or anything either, as I was able to easily wipe them away once I got home. Not sure I'll be returning here at this price point and this quality. I tried being angry. I tried having pride. Most relevant - I tried every dang car wash this side of Texas. Life is too short to not go to Tommy's Car Wash. It makes your day better. The people there are all smiling and nice and not in that "they took too much adderall" way that you can get these days. They are genuinely good people. I'm a part time farmer and part time chauffeur. To say my car lives 2 lives is an understatement. One is covered in mud and ripping through rows. The other is me in a suit opening the door for fancy people. It's imperative my car looks correct after it's farm time to city time conversion. Tommy's does that! It's a one of a kind wonder. Did they break my windshield? Ya...probably. Will I make sure there are no micro-cracks hidden by mud on my windshield in the future now? Definitely. Good to be back. It is difficult to select one star because the past six months I have had a positive experience. The service has been good, especially the representative who is the cashier. My vehicle was clean, well appointed, and timely. Tommy Terrific's is a machine; but my last experience was beyond unprofessional. Enough that I won't return. I returned because there was dog hair in the back of my SUV. A lot of dog hair, and yes I have three dogs. In simply returned to ask if they could do another pass. I tip well, I have a monthly subscription, and I pay an additional $15.00 every time to clean my car. The representative proceeded to lecture me. Made me feel stupid, and went on about how I needed to most for a deep clean. So, I ended my monthly subscription. Left, and won't return. Unfortunately, because of his actions, they lost a customer. I may only be one customer, but they'll lose more. His unprofessionalism will carry on, and I'll be happy to copy and paste this review on all social media and online review outlets. There are too many other car washes in DFW, and not one person has reached back out to me with a simple apology. That's all it would take. read more

I came here for the first time a few days ago, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided. The staff was helpful in answering all of my inquiries and friendly as well. The waiting area is beautiful, and makes the wait go by quickly, especially with the complimentary beverages (tea, wine, mimosa, beer, coffee, etc.). I got a mini detail ($60) because the inside of my car required a bit more cleaning than usual. My car was cleaned well with the exception of my glove compartment ( pictured below) and I was under the impression it would have been cleaned since my trunk was. I have come here before and was usually blown away by the clean and I've recommended it to many people as well. Today the detail service was okay. I have a smaller ford fiesta that is a hatchback so I was charged the SUV pricing, which was okay but 10$ more expensive than my friend who had a sedan larger than my car.
