It looks 99.9% like it did when I picked it up from the dealer, except a hell of a lot shinier. Lots of different options to choose from and everyone was very nice. Today was my first time at Elite Hand Car Wash. I really needed my car washed because it was so dirty, and i hadn't gotten it cleaned for 1.5 months! I decided to take my car in on a Thursday morning so that I wouldn't have to deal with the crowds that come on the weekends, and so I can get in and out easily. There is a waiting area with patio chairs and a table under a tent. Or you can wait on the benches as well. I brought a book to read while I was waiting. Because I brought my car in early on a Thursday morning, I was able to get my car cleaned within an hour. For an exterior & interior wash, it was $30, which is very reasonable :) ! For an extra high gloss finish, it is an additional $5, which is still really decent :) ! The employees at Elite Car Wash superseded my expectations :D ! They worked hard and diligently to clean the inside and outside of my car, and really vacuumed the inside so well :D ! I was so happy to receive my car back, spotless and thoroughly clean :D ! I will definitely come back because of Elite's excellent customer service :D !

After some time received a call by the shop to ask if It was okay if they removed my defrost completely to do the back window I then said no it was okay to leave it alone they said okay NEVER once mentioned they removed half the tint it originally had already. the owner Robert confirmed with someone at his shop that they never mentioned they had started removing half the tint if they had i would have said just finish it then. they returned my back window like the second picture. I called to file a complaint and the owner Robert who I was dealing with last name and he said for me to file a complaint under shop name and just hung up on me Robert is extremely unprofessional. Great attention to detail and I'm a very picky person when it comes to cars. This was the only company who even mentioned doing the clay bar before waxing (an absolute must). The mobile team couldn't have been nicer and answered all my questions on the spot. Once we saw the results, we immediately scheduled monthly car washes. Can't wait to see what they do with the interior next time we get the full interior/exterior detail. She invites possible customers over and does not schedule them or let anyone know to expect you after she assures you that she will. For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. You have been warned.

At the time of the booking a $25 deposit was required. Their advertisement says in capital letters WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. When I picked up my car to make the final payment I was not informed that there would be a card fee if I used a credit card. If I was informed of this I would of paid in cash. After numerous messages sent to the owner of the business he refused to remove the card fee even though I was never notified that there would be a card fee. Beware of this business as they sneak in hidden fees. Alan
