Always a phenomenal experience!! Once you've been to Tomorrowland, no other festivals can compare. Wear comfy shoes though as you will walk and dance a lot during the festival. Bring layers and a poncho, plus extra shoes or waterproof ones - in July, it can be extremely hot during the day with sporadic rain showers and it gets quite chilly at night. I was fortunate enough to have stayed in Montagoe ("glamping" area) this year, which was amazing - will definitely be aiming for a spot there again in the future. The mainstage burned down two days before weekend one this year and I am so impressed by how quickly they pulled together another stage - it was much smaller and nowhere near what the original would have been but at least there was a stage! My heart goes out to all those who worked on the stage, set design, and festival though because I've heard they start planning stage designs like two years in advance and it must be so hard to have watched this happen. I've met so many fantastic people from all over the world. Can't wait to return to this magical place again! read more

Only two words can accurately describe my recent experience attending Tomorrowland.. absolutely epic!!! Seriously.. it is a once in a lifetime experience for some, a several in a lifetime for those lucky enough, and a never-got-a-chance-to-do-it for most others. The attention to detail and love for the customer/festival-goer is second-to-none. I attended w my gf and we camped out for 3 days straight, attended workout class at their amazing outdoor gym, met people from aroud the world, walked 30k steps, ate incredible food and dancing our hearts out to world-class DJ's. Did my entire body feel completely beaten up afterwards? Yup. DId I spend way too much money? Sure did. Did I average 4 hours sleep each night? That is true. Would I do it all again? You betcha!! I highly recommend everyone attend at least once... you won't regret it (probability speaking that is). read more

Tomorrowland is supposed to be the best festival in the world, so of course when our huge group all somehow managed to snag tickets for this year, we had to go! I've been to a number of festivals in the U.S. but Tomorrowland definitely takes the cake for best production value. I was blown away by the stage designs, dinner experiences, Dreamville, paperboys delivering the morning paper, and more! I've camped before at Coachella, but it's nothing like the Dreamville camping experience that Tomorrowland offers. The portopotties in Dreamville and within the festival all actually had flushable toilets too! They were kept well stocked with toilet paper, and were cleaned pretty frequently which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately we went during an unusually hot weekend, so I was dying since I don't do well in the heat and we were camping in Camp2Camp. It would have been nice if there more shaded areas offered in that campground. It also sucked that there weren't showers available at Camp2Camp in the evening, and the nearest ones were the outdoor ones all the way in the heart of Dreamville by Magnificent Greens. Also, be aware that once you enter the festival, you won't be allowed to exit back to Dreamville until after 5pm. This took us by surprise since we're used to being able to go in and out at Coachella to drink more at the campsite. Because of this, our first day was rough since we hadn't brought in all our belongings when we first went in since we planned to come back out to grab things. We traveled for a week around Switzerland prior to coming to Tomorrowland, so I was exhausted and sleep deprived which made it hard for me to fully appreciate everything. And we still had to travel for a full week afterwards! Even though I'm don't listen much to European style EDM, I'd definitely like to return someday just because of production and overall experience alone. But without traveling beforehand so that I have enough energy to enjoy the whole thing! If you're coming from abroad, I'd recommend trying to snag one of the glamping campgrounds if you can. Tent camping was cool, but it was hard to be fully prepared given we can only fly with so much stuff (the fact that we were traveling for 2 weeks also made things hard since we really didn't have luggage space to spare). Hotels are another option but I think being on site and not having to shuttle was definitely nice. Overall, a must-experience for all ravers and festival goers! Wish we had an event with such amazing production here in the states! read more

A GAJILLION STARS FOR TOMORROWLAND Hands down the best festival I've ever been to. I want to hide there in a bush and never leave. Everyone was so friendly and the attention to detail they put into their SIXTEEN stages, holy guacamole, is magnifique. They are super eco friendly too serving food with their edible plates and workers carrying recycling container backpacks with them as they march around the festival, letting attendees know where to recycle their cans/plastics/etc. Everyone who works here are so friendly and I am so eternally grateful for the amount of work they put into it in order to make the experience so magical for the attendees. Even the hotel staff at Brussels were so kind and really added to the experience. It must be tough to orchestrate such a spectacle and have it all go smoothly but they really nailed down the logistics. This was so freaking special and I am hoping I get to experience it again for years to come. read more

15 Years later, I finally won the "Tomorrowland Lottery" to be able to purchase tickets! If you know how hard it is to obtain tickets for Tomorrowland (selling out in minutes), you automatically purchase if you get the chance. The Global Journey Experience was the package I was able to purchase and it included Round Trip Train Tickets from Amsterdam-Antwerp and then Shuttles from Antwerp-Boom, Belgium. From the moment you arrive in Europe, every train station and airport is decorated in the Tomorrowland their with Staff dancing and welcoming you to heaven! It is a dream from the get-go.. Tomorrowland has a feeling to it that no other festival can match. The vibes are so positive and electric, you feel like you belong in this family! Attending other European festivals as an American were much different.. Tomorrowland accepts all Races, Genders, and Sexualities and never discriminates. In fact, this year's festival set the record representing 106 Different Countries! That's right. Beyond impressive. From camping in DreamVille, to the variety of stages, to the Market with restaurants, shops, and boutiques, Tomorrowland keeps you in the grounds for 4 straight days and in no way is this a problem! I have attended over 150 Festivals in my lifetime and mostly just for the music, artists, or sets. This one was for the experience! My top 15 Sets of this year were Charlotte De Witte, Armin Van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas/Like Mike, Carl Cox, Eric Prydz, Pan-Pot, Richie Hawtin, FISHER, Zeds Dead, Guy Gerber, Black Coffee, Nina Kraviz, Sven Vath, Paul Van Dyk, and Nervo. I honestly would have given the festival a four or five star rating because it was crazy fun, massive and filled with thousands of people from all over the world but couldn't because: 1. Like others I had an allergic reaction to the pesticides used on the grass located on the hill of the main stage which gave me a rash and very swollen ankles and legs, see pics. It took days to go away. and; 2. On the way out we were not able to leave the way we came in but were redirected with thousands of other people on a fenced in path that was rocky and VERY hard to walk on. I understand why there aren't many reviews on here since Yelp is very American-centric, and a lot of people don't have reception in Boom, and TML is such a crazy experience that many people don't think about reviewing it. BUT I have to review it because it's an experience that I wish every single person could have and if my review encourages that, then I'm happy that I took the time to review. The theme this year was Planaxis, so very ocean-themed. Every single stage was so well thought out and beautiful and cool for it's own reasons. Be sure to check every one out. Although food and drinks are expensive, I've never been to a festival where this isn't the case. There are options to buy food and cook it there if you'd like, so keeping everything affordable is really easy. The biggest thing I want to mention is how well thought out every single detail was. From leaving my initial destination to getting to the festival and all the way until the end, I was never left without a surprise. TML has truly created something that goes beyond art and music into a world that literally can change your life. Basically, I can't go into more details but I'm almost in tears writing this thinking of how amazing my experience was and just waiting to be able to join all of my TML friends again next year. Absolutely fantastic! My friends got into festivals pretty hardcore in the past year and upon seeing the videos from the previous year's Amicorum I was like if there is one festival I would like to go to it would be this one. Everything was so well thought out. We were constantly pointing out to eachother how this thing or that thing was helpful and such a small detail that made a big difference. The mainstage was so well choreographed with acrobatics, but every stage was truly something to behold. The artistry and imagination behind all of it was jawdropping. Food was outstanding! We tried several of the food stalls. Granted it was really expensive and the Pearl system gave a false sense of it being cheaper than it was, but the high priced food was to be expected. The fact it was delicious was not! We managed to get a reservation at Brasa which was really lovely. Very reserved meal overall, but classy and delicious. My festival friends were preparing me with lots of how grimy things can get. Toilets were still more or less with toilet paper and workable by end of day 3... and weren't covered in filth, also flushable~?? Our package also included a detox day. After the festival we were shuttled to a surprise location to enjoy fresh juices, massages, facials, and as much delicious food we could pack away. There were lots of fun little outdoor games, bubble makers, and hula hoops, stilts, etc. You could also just relax in the shade on hammocks or huge bean bags and a little ways into the park there was a tea station giving away handmade global journey tea. Aside from the fluff I mentioned, the music was phenomenal, the theatrics mind blowing, the energy insane! Would be hard pressed not to add TML into the top echelon of music festivals to go to. If you're on the fence... I'd say just go for it! It's so worth it!! read more

Yoooo! I recently went to Tomorrowland this year and it was amazing!!! I've been to EDC in the US and both cannot be compared. They are night and day! Festival wise, this is a must. Although tickets are hard to get. My friends and I got the global journey package which is more expensive. Tickets for regular tickets sell out quick so there are a few ways to get tickets. We made it into a Euro trip. The music is more of EDM. Brings in a diverse crowd from all over the world. Everyone all over the world unite to dance and listen to music and meet other people in the world. It was a crazy and eye opening experience to be exposed to different cultures. If you ever get a chance to go to Tomorrowland, it is definitely worth it! I wanna go again! read more

What the hell?! How does this have 5 stars?! No water stations in camp ground/spars hard to find in festival grounds, showers were only open from 6am-1p so forget showering after getting sweaty at the festival and on the travel in and out of festival. It was so unsanitary to not be able to shower on the last night of festival because they didn't open them Monday on departure day!!! Insanity. Non of the workers knew anything, bless they're hearts were mostly volunteers I'm sure. I've been to lots of festivals in the US and I've never been to one that had nothing to do at the camp grounds during the day except spend more money shopping or paying to get branded at their stupid tattoo parlor...what?! Or oh wait go to the gym that's exactly what I want to do in 104 degree outdoor set up. Or you could wait a bit and get your tent set up (paid extra) completely flooded out by rain, which is what happened to EVEYONE at Camp2Camp. So fun to sleep in a pool of water and all your shit stink and not be able to shower! You better do a better job at completely brainwashing me before I ever return back to this hell hole. Their festival grounds at Boom are super nice, food was pretty damn good, and stages are legit, that's about it...don't waste you're money tho. Just don't. EDC and Coachella have their shit together way better and are way more affordable just FYI. If I could I would say zero stars. End rant read more

OH MY GOD YOU GUYS. WHY ARE THERE NOT MORE REVIEWS?! This place has been my dream to go for the past 5 years. No photo, no video, no aftermovie you've ever seen captures the magic you experience at this place. There is no place like this on earth. 16 stages. 200,000 wonderful people who are there for the same reason as you each weekend from so many countries. You're guaranteed to come out there with new friends. I can't rave about this place enough. It's worth the hype. Also -- please try the Hoegarden Rosé. ***SIDENOTE: If you choose the Global Journey option instead of Dreamville, your ass better prepare for the walk back to the busses. After 12 hours of walking, jumping, and gettin' deep down low, I am not kidding. The hour walk back feels like the Oregon Trail. My feet felt like they died from dystentry by the end of day 3. I stayed in Brussels, so I had an hour long bus ride back. All in all, don't let that discourage you. Tomorrowland is so worth it. read more

The most epic festival I have been too, you can't even describe how much attention has go into creating the stages, fountains, lighting etc It's like a festival on steroids, I think if it had a mixture of music rather than just EDM. Only downside is that it is so massive that it takes nearly a hour to walk across and a further 45 to dreamville, also they need booth's just selling water so you don't have to queue at the bar for it. read more

I went this past summer and it is, by far, the best music festival I've ever been to. The promoters not only focused on creating a great lineup, but also making the overall experience a truly unique one. There are so many great DJs and artists that there's something for everyone. The stages are not only plentiful, but also spaced out across the park where no leakage happens. They even built a couple of islands to stick stages onto the water...I've never seen it done elsewhere. It was impressive to see the little details that was put into the setup -- stages, booths, decorations, etc. What really surprised me was how much variety of great food there was. The coordinators actually went out and found food from outside restaurants and vendors. And if you feel like doing something a little fancier, they have several restaurants and other fine dining experiences you could choose from for like 30 extra Euros. We did B-Eat twice and not only got to see Kill the Buzz and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike perform in a setting of ~100 people, but also meet them. In addition, they teamed up with very well-known local chefs to prepare a bajillion-course menu for the time slot. My first two meals prepared by Michelin-star chefs were at B-Eat!! No other festival would have given me this kind of opportunity...except for Tomorrowland because ID&T and SFX are amazing coordinators I've been to a decent amount of festivals in my short life but this one can't be beat. It was so worth the struggle of getting tickets (which is really hard btw - it took me 3 tries). Keep on trying because it is worth every bit of frustration!! read more

This is the best and most recognized Dance Music Festival in the world. It happens at yearly basis and every year becomes better and better. It is very well organized and the DJ's and singers invited are simply at Top Ten at worldwide level. I cannot said anything bad about it; it is just perfect. The only small remark is that the weather is quite unpredictable in this part of the world at that season, so better be prepare and bring your hat ;-) Simple one of the best multicultural music festivals in the world.
