They did an excellent job with the DVD slideshow of the photos that I uploaded, and of the placement of the flowers that were purchased the night before from a local company, displaying them beautifully with the box of the remains. Also, I appreciate the gentleman who helped set up my laptop so that I could stream the service via ZOOM for those who could not attend. My mom and I were in full grieving mode, and both Bill and Joanne did a great job answering our questions and addressing our concerns, all while having to deal with other grieving families. Also appreciate how they were able to coordinate effectively with the doctor so that the death certificate could be expedited. This is my first go-around with the loss of a loved one and I must say that it takes an incredible amount of resolve. However, I must credit the Funeral Home with their calm and resolve to come through for us, while addressing other grieving clients, during our time of difficulty.

Needless to say the workmanship was shoddy, with dirt and dust in the finish. What was 2 weeks took 5 weeks, and their "dustless" system left 1/2 inch of dust everywhere. They chipped the base of the cabinets and tried to hide it ( see photos). Thats how well they clean the new floor as well! The Vermont Natural Coating alternative to urethane they sold me scratched immediately. Vermont came out and admitted it was substandard work. Classi Services committed to fixing the issue. Wendy never made good on addressing the problems, as promised. That speaks volumes on the company Stick to cleaning carpets
