I just know that he barely looked at it, but I was charged for his time. So, I just knew that I needed a second opinion and I took it to another tech who diagnosed the problem immediately. It was a blown video card, and in 2 days I had it back and running. It did not matter to David that this computer was highly valued by me, and all he offered me was to build me a new one. I am having a new one built, but NOT BY KINN. Terrible experience.

I was told it would only take a week to be fixed and I walked out of the store with high hopes. Long story short, it took them over three weeks to fix it, they charged me an extra $40s than the price that was given to me when I first dropped it off. They forgot to give me back my power cord and after just two days of having my PS4 back it stopped working again. I brought it back and told them that it still wasn't fixed, they took it back apologized and informed me of a potential $30 service charge to fix it. At this point I put my foot down and told them exactly what I put in this review. They refixed my PS4 for free and I haven't had an issue with it since. I don't plan on EVER using computer wizard's service again.
