They take the time to get to know their patients and work with your budget. Now, if you are worried that your kid is going to freak out at the sight of the orthodontist office, your fear will be relieved. They have PS4 and XBox One consoles in the corner as you wait, modern (radio edit/no curse words) music playing and while the staff work on fixing your smile, you can watch Netflix. They are very on point about scheduling, thorough with each visit and let your child know whether they've been following orders well or if they need to do better. You would think the Front Desk would inform you on their delay in renewing with some networks especially while I was checking in for that appointment and when I confirmed my dental insurance information (which was still the same - UHC) I thought this was standard protocol.. We probably consulted with five dentists and she was the only one that offered a plan we felt comfortable with. Separately, Dr Nirali and her assistant Jordan have performed two fillings for my seven year old daughter.
