If you want good conversation & a friendly atmosphere, I absolutely recommend this place. But aside from that, I'm extremely unhappy with the service provided. The girl didn't communicate what product she was using in my hair, and I found out it was dry shampoo, I hate dry shampoo, it weighs my hair down vs adding volume. As soon as we left the salon, my hair went flat. The curls were gone (& I have naturally curly hair, so I've never had a problem with curls staying). Blowouts always last me 2-3 days, this one, which I paid 35£ ($50) was done after 1hr. I get blowouts all the time, and I pay less than this one for them to actually last. I woke up this morning looking like I haven't washed my hair in a week. My hair felt and looked gross. I would not recommend this place at all, to anyone. My friend who I went with had a haircut, it was botched. Once her curls went away which was a little after mine, we noticed her hair was uneven and she wasn't given layers like she had asked.
