It always leaves something to be desired. They will usually start making an order before you've even finished explaining what you want. When talking to you they won't look you in the eye. When you smile they won't smile back. When you leave they won't say goodbye on their own, and sometimes ignore you if you say it. I can deal with bad manners. But I really feel the fool when the food wasn't worth it. And that continually happens to be the case. Old rice, weird smells, cold meet. I've had good experiences with the food here, but just as many bad ones to make me look like the idiot I now admit I am. Anybody can sell something. Go somewhere the people love what they sell.
