They offered me a drink and then I explained my stylist Nicole what kind of haircut I liked. She was extremely helpful and competent. Then you have your hair washed and a head massage. I also went for one of their in-store treatments (only £12.5) and the result is my split ends are gone and my hair feels great. I'm also very happy with my new haircut (which is very unusual). She clearly wasn't qualified to do this style of dying (even though I was informed she was) as she bleached the ends of my hair and left this AWFUL line round my scalp. I had to go back two more times to two different people and it still looks bloody terrible. I called the Guildford store and head office to get a refund or compensation so I could go to a better hair salon to get it fixed but that was a month ago and no reply. 0/10 never go there again.
