Muy mal servicio basado a mi experiencia. En la página del state bar pueden leer todas sus faltas, tiene muchas faltas de disciplina. Además asegúrate de aser un contrato primero por que no te va aser lo que te promete y te va estar pidiendo pagos del mes de $500 dólares asta completar $3000 y después ya te va ignorar oh solo te va desir que todo está bien cuando es todo lo contrario. A mi no me hizo el proof of service de una demanda civil, aparte la demanda fue mal redactada y eso es lo más básico de una demanda. También me mintió por varios meses que ya estaba la demanda en proceso y núnca me dio mi número de caso hasta que me di cuenta que mintio y lo confronte. Por meses me mintió y me dijo que ya había corte, yo perdí un día de trabajo para ir a la supuesta corte y resulta que no había ni caso todavía. También dijo que la demanda había sido entregada por el sheriff y eso nunca pasó, hasta meses después el mismo la entregó pero fue porque yo lo prescione y fui con el sherriff dept a entregar todo, cosa que era su trabajo, de ahí fue cuando se negó hacer el proof of service. También negó que el sheriff dept le había entregado la copia de que se entregó la demanda cuando yo mismo fui a preguntar si había residido la copia por parte del sheriff dept. La verdad en mi opinión el se aprovecha de los que no sabemos del sistema, te cobra solo en cash, check o Zelle. No lo contraten los va Estafar y los va aser perder su tiempo y su dinero. read more

He, promised he'd call me back which never happened and never emailed things he said he would. I call and I just get the voicemail no answer. He's, an independent lawyer so he works alone. Attorney Tony Escareno charged me twice as much as my 1st lawyer. Not once did he attend court punctually. At the end of the litigation he did not provide me with any documents. Therein, 6 months I kindly left messages and called him for them. He never had the courtesy of returning the calls. I had to order the documents from the county myself. Antonio Escareño is the worst lawyer. He took my money 7 months ago, and never filed the divorce agreement as he was supposed to do. I gave him Initial money and then every time at his office he received $100. 5 months later, because he did not answer my emails, I went to the Monterey Court to see the status, and found out he was never my lawyer and the agreement was not there. Surprisingly, he never worked on my case. I can't believe what he did to me as an attorney with an active license. He never refund the money but sent the useless agreement via mail which was not even on a legal format (with no money back). He was very gentle, and nice person. I always wonder why he did not have an assistant as the other lawyers I visited during the most difficult time in my life. He never gane me a receipt for the money I payed. Really scary. Be careful read the contract and don't give them any money until you feel then what he wrote is fair in which it's not. Be very careful. He will then ghost you not show up to court and use excuse after excuse. Worthless, don't waste your precious time, nor your money. He is never available, to answer your questions, in 3 court hearing he showed up 2 times, over 45 minutes late on the 3 over 1hr late and didn't even make it the hearing was over before he showed , I had to represent myself even though I was paying Mr. Escareño. Never prepares for a case, was looking over my notes. Never gave me any of the court orders, I had to pick them up myself from the court house. Because if his incompetence he Made me loose precious time with my daughter. I fired him because of his unethical practices and his incompetence in court. I did much better with out him.
