Based on there install I would grade the quality of the work on my installation a "C". If you are particular about you vehicle whether it be a weekend or special occasion vehicle or a daily driver and you are only concerned about getting your car wrapped then this company is fine. However if you are looking for a professional and clean installation of PPF on your vehicle that allows your paint to shine through this is not the place. My installation has dozens of spots of contamination under the wrap the reads through the film, it also has a number of areas where the edges of the wrap were not wrapped properly. I have not driven the car or washed it since I picked it up 3 weeks ago and I am still experiencing edges coming undone. I also am finding poor alignment of the film and lines in the film. If your looking for a place to apply film, make sure they have a dedicated location that is clean and free of airborn contamination as these guys do not. I now have to go elsewhere to have this poor installation corrected. The owner is a nice enough guy but quality of work is not up to standards for individuals who are particular about there vehicles.

So after doing some online investigation, I decided I wanted to do a PPF wrap and ceramic. I asked an expert acquaintance (a high-end body work / painter), who gave me extensive advice about what I should look for in an installer. So I looked far and wide, and each person/company said something off-base with what my expert told me. But then I found Peter, who happened to be right around the corner from me! In talking to Peter initially, he walked me through all the relevant points, and without prompting said exactly what my expert told me I should look for, including offering me a chance to look at the shop in person (which is also something my expert advised). Most importantly, I couldn't be happier with the result - I get compliments on its looks constantly. I've seen Peter a few other times since for random things (most recently to install "Rim Savers" for the wheels), and each time I walk out feeling like the car has been given the full "princess" treatment. Couldn't be happier with my choice, in fact at this point, I wouldn't even consider letting another team touch it.

I had two services done and I'll discuss both. The first was an interior and exterior detail. I posted pictures of areas that were missed on the initial interior detail. To his credit, Skyler came out within a day of me contacting him, and all of the pictured marks and dirt came off nearly instantly. It was explained to me that these areas were missed because the lighting was difficult when they were cleaning the car. In hindsight, that seems odd given that this is a mobile detailing operation, this should be planned for. When Skyler came out to take care of the interior issues, he offered me a great deal on a ceramic coating- the second service. It was explained that the paint prep process would take care of paint imperfections that were on my car. I pointed out a few problem areas individually and was assured that they would be gone if I booked this service. This ended up not being the case. Skyler said that these areas were too deep in the paint and would have cost more to remove than his initial quote. He said he'd come back out to take care of them at no cost to me when I complained, but there doesn't appear to be any improvement to my eye. My text to Skyler went unreturned so, to be perfectly frank, I have no idea if this follow-up appointment was honored at all. Overall, I can't recommend this operation. I found that during both services the initial work bordered on sloppy and lacked attention to detail. I also didn't appreciate being sold a ceramic coating by being promised that marks on my paint would be taken care of- but ultimately weren't. If I was going to invest in a ceramic coating again, I'd spend the extra money and go to a brick and mortar operation.

I sent a message through Yelp on a Saturday morning and was answered right away by Harris. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me a pricing sheet so I knew up front what I was going to be charged. Harris had appointments available the next day, but I opted for a Monday appointment. The communication, appointment set-up and payment were extremely easy and very convienent. Harris came to my work Monday afternoon and was able to tackle the beast in a few hours. I am overall pleased with the work Harris was able to do on my car because it needed A LOT of attention between the dog hair/slobber and me not keeping up with normal everyday dust/dirt. However, I will say there were some places that didn't receive great attention or were looked over. Mostly the windows weren't cleaned to their full extent. They were left very streaky and parts of the some of the windows were hard to see out of at times.
