When we returned we asked the front desk for a refund for the 30 minutes we were charged for, but did not receive. They refused adamantly and continued to argue and speak to us very rudely. By the end, we simply gave up and told them good luck continuing whatever scam you're running. These people have no concern for their clientele or repeat business. With the competitors on the lake, I'd certainly try some other place before this one again.
