In my 18 years of working with service providers, this was by far the worst company I have encountered. In 2022, they failed to correctly diagnose a leak in my brand-new water tank. After performing minimal work and charging an exorbitant fee, the tank continued leaking. Their technician dismissed the issue by telling me to "get a new one," seemingly unaware or uninterested in the fact that the tank was brand new. Fast forward to August 9, I was deciding between replacing a faucet or the entire sink in my laundry room. Despite reaching out, the company did not respond promptly, leaving me with no opportunity to discuss my plans. When they finally called, I informed them I had decided to replace the sink rather than just the faucet or hose. A technician, a tall man with glasses and a beard (possibly named Rick), arrived with an assistant. From the outset, his unfriendly demeanor was apparent. He delegated most of the work to the younger assistant, who even suffered a minor injury during the job. My wife offered the assistant a Band-Aid, which underscores the lack of proper oversight from Rick. The assistant suggested that replacing only the faucet would suffice, and I agreed. However, Rick intervened, insisting we wait until the following Wednesday for a replacement faucet, with no guarantee of availability. This baffled me--how could a plumbing company struggle to source a simple laundry room faucet? When my wife and I decided to proceed with the sink installation as originally planned, Rick became visibly angry and yelled, "WHY can't you wait till next Wednesday?" As paying customers, we have the right to make decisions about the services we hire. I found his behavior threatening, coercive, and entirely unprofessional. The sink installation itself was riddled with errors: He forgot to install the base. He failed to secure the base to the sink. He applied silicone prematurely, leading to leaks. By August 10, the sink began leaking, forcing me to undertake DIY repairs. Throughout the process, Rick's behavior was condescending and unhelpful. He even refused to attach the cabinet handles, challenging me by asking, "Do you know how to do it?" Of course, I know how--but I hired and paid them to handle this work, not the other way around. Rick also refused to read the installation instructions, demanding that we read them ourselves. This experience was not only unprofessional and rude but also felt discriminatory. As a customer, I expect basic respect and a collaborative discussion of my plans. Instead, we were met with threats, pressure, and lectures. To make matters worse, their pricing was outrageously high. When I asked about the time spent on the job, Rick admitted he hadn't kept track--a fundamental expectation in this industry. The final charge far exceeded what local companies typically charge, making it clear we were overcharged. If you're looking for unprofessional, dismissive service with subpar workmanship, this company might suit you. But if you value respect, professionalism, and quality, look elsewhere.
