Mr Toomey robbed me blind. The only time he showed up was to collect the 2 checks. Mr. Toomey was given my deed. Mr Toomey was given the plot plan. Mr Toomey was given my sketch addinf 5 feet to each property line as a buffer to avoid being even close the property. Still Mr Toomey managed to put the southern foundation wall within the set back area. Total incompetence!!!! I wouldn't hire or trust him to build a dog house read more
