We were recently referred to Dana Jackson at Top Advantage for replacing our old countertops in two bathrooms with Cambria countertops. We knew Cambria was a high quality product, but were really pleased to find that Dana was so wonderful to work with: patient, attentive, personable and very knowledgeable. She has a great sense of design and style, and guided us while making us feel in control of our choices. Every step after that, and I mean EVERY step, went exactly as she'd promised. Phone calls and emails were made/sent as we were told; from the set up for the templates to the professional and kind gentleman who did the measuring, to the installation with the wonderful installers-EVERYTHING went the way we were told it would. The installers were exactly on time, professional and conscientious, cleaning up after themselves, and finishing in precisely the amount of time we were told they would need. They covered our flooring and were very careful with our home. And the finished product looks beautiful; we couldn't be happier! The day after the installation, Dana checked in with us to make sure all went well.
