He put me on the schedule for two day later, but messaged me the next day to ask if he could come that afternoon. So, service was quick! Dontae came on time, got set up and did a great job on my skylights! Because it only took about 20 minutes, he washed several other windows to fill in the time. We had a friendly talk and at my request he told me about other services he provides. I highly recommend Top Clean! I will be using them again!!

Jason arrived at the appointed time and asked if I had any areas of concern before he washed my home. Bob also stopped by to ask if everything was going okay and if I had any other concerns. When he finished washing my house, Jason walked the perimeter with me. He noticed a couple of drip areas he went back and cleaned. Jason then did an amazing job of washing my friend's mobile home. Large single room job -Tape/mud/ paint. Very expensive (twice what I got from other drywallers…read moreafter accepting bid). He came on time. Had to ask him not to smoke in the house while working. Was messy leaving mud on doors and door handles. Washed tools or buckets and threw the white residue on our beautiful back yard lawn. Refused to clean up the room. Said I didn't provide a dumpster for all the buckets and paper on the floor. I was able to to put it all in 2 - 90 gal containers which I had. He never asked me if I had any containers. When I asked him if someone was coming out to clean up he sent me a text claiming I owed him another $200 for a second color. He didn't mention that when I sent him the colors, and even signed the receipt "paid in full" when he claimed to be finished. Unfortunately I left the 2nd half of his payment with my wife (he asked to be paid in cash, not a check - RED FLAG) and she gave it to him without an inspection. He said the price included a "rush job" I think to justify the high price. I was in a rush to start the job but not to finish. Other mudders have told me that 5 days seemed acceptable for this job. My recommendation: Look for another reputable company.
