The carpet does look cleaner, for sure and the cat smell isn't as strong. Just not as good a job as some other ChemDry's we've used up North. I did notice they did not 'extract' anything. Some ChemDry's do and some don't. I'm going to pay to have this carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamers and then compare the before and after pictures. I did call Joe Dimeo's business the next day re: the carpet still being wet and cat smell still profound but sadly, received no return call as of today, 9/18/16.

We provided some lunch for them which was pizza. The workers were here for 6 hours one stayed 30 minutes longer. Diane came and checked out the finished work. It looked alright.... Nothing out of this world amazing to be honest. The big shocker came when I noticed a large amount of money missing from my accounts. She had billed me $750...6 hrs per person. She billed me $120 an hour! My home is small. My home was not worth $750 to clean. This is most definitely a scam. READ THE FINE PRINT don't expect too much and definitely don't expect her to be up front with you about the fees. I didn't think she would bill me $120 an hour. That's absurd! There are plenty of other cleaning services that I'm sure would never do this to anyone. Bad business in my opinion.
