awful my parents had him a few years despite him hitting house ,garage , clothesline and fence…read moretwice ,and splash guards with mower . then last summer he sent two invoices to Mom for $160 she's new to paying bills and 90 with congestive heart failure and cancer and Dad is 92 with dementia and always paid bills ,she didn't realize at time and paid both invoices $160 each then after she realized the mistake she told Tim Kelleher the owner the mistake and he joked and said " I can't fire the bookkeeper she's my wife @ I'll take care of it but never did .My Mom waited months then photo copied everything including canceled checks and sent them to Tom no response waited a month and sent them certified with no response so I called and he said my Mom is older and easily confused he have her a month free " I said Tom no I looked at all invoices and checks she paid every month .Then he mentioned fall cleanup he charged 'on $250 and she wrote a letter saying she didn't think it seemed fair and paid $250 I said no Tim I was there when you were finishing up you were there twenty minutes my parents have a very small yard with no trees or leaves and you told Mom to pay what was fair and she sent $150 which was even a lot for that small yard . He then said what do you want me to do send her the $ and I said yes you overcharged her $160 This was wrong Kelleher Lanscaping sorry
